  I am absolutely appalled at the care I have received here. I came to this doctor as a referral from my primary care physician. At the time I was at high risk for cervical cancer and in need of a biopsy. For the first two appointments it was made very clear that no one in this office had even bothered to review my medical records or any of my lab results. No questions were asked about any of my symptoms and after having to discuss what I thought was relevant with both the doctor and her assistant she proceeded to suggest several tests which I had already done at that point (something she would have easily been able to realize had she actually read my records). She even went so far as to suggest I receive a procedure that I had already scheduled with her for the following Thursday. It was very clear that the doctor had no time to speak with me and that I was nowhere near any priority. When I did go for the biopsy I was completely unprepared for the level of pain and for the entire procedure. I arrived to my appointment on time and the biopsy was not even performed until 45 minutes after the scheduled time (leaving me to panic in the waiting room in the meantime). After waiting in the waiting room for thirty minutes the receptionist finally said "I'm sorry they are just so busy". So busy that they can't perform my biopsy at the time they made me schedule it for? After the biopsy was complete the doctor left immediately and did not advise me as to things I could not or should not be doing after the biopsy. I had to google these things for myself once I arrived at home. I waited a week for the call for the biopsy results. When they finally got around to calling me I was called after 5pm on a Friday evening and due to missing the call was then unable to return the call because their office was closed. The following Monday I called over and over again to hear what the next steps were. I was told every single time that I called that no one had time to speak to me and that someone would return my call. I called at 4pm knowing that they closed at 5pm and was told "well sometimes the doctors stay late and will call you before they leave". You would think that biopsy results regarding the potential for cancer would be a first priority call or that someone could take five to ten minutes from their busy day to do the right thing and inform their patient, who had been vastly misinformed from the very beginning, of their results. Instead, once again, I received a call at 5:20pm making it impossible to return the call. The bedside manner at this office is absolutely appalling. There was zero regard for the fear and anxiety that having this type of news causes. There was complete disregard for me as a new patient coming in with a serious health issue and I would never recommend this office or Dr. Giuffre to anyone.

  I have been seeing Dr. Giuffre since 2015, I have moved an hour and half away but I don't mind the drive. All staff are professional, courteous, and caring. If you do not get a chance to see Dr. Guiffre, please make sure to see Miss Kathy. Ms. Kathy is amazing.

  Dr Giuffre performed my TAH on 11/1/2016. Surgery went smoothly, and I recovered quickly. 100% satisfied about my experience with Dr Giuffre, and could not be more pleased with the results. She listened to my concerns and advised me on all of my options. She was knowledgeable and professional, and I felt completely confident going into my surgery. The ladies in her office are kind, caring, and compassionate. Great MD, so glad I switched to this practice!
